For the most part, we used the HPRA (Human Power Race America) rules for classifying racers. We took the extra step of separating the racers into their own divisions: juniors, men's, women's and multi-rider.
The autocross race was run head-to-head, with the vehicles divided between "multi-track" (trikes) and "single-track" (bikes).
The drag race was run "heads-up", double-elimination style: no classes among the racers and the winner advances to the next round.
