Event Fees

Pre-registration fees are $35.00, registration day of the race $40.00 for the weekend of racing, regardless of how many events you enter. This allows you to enter any event slated for your vehicle class.  Any additional vehicle or class change for a single rider is $10.00.  Multi–Rider entries require an additional $7.00 per person for insurance coverage on the additional rider(s).

 

In addition to a $5.00 reduced registration fee (see above) you will receive a complimentary raffle ticket!  Your raffle ticket will be entered into a general raffle pool, with the winning ticket being drawn on Sunday afternoon.  General and additional raffle tickets will be sold for $1.00 each at the registration desk.  Good Luck and Good Racing!

Registration

Racers have three ways to register for the Human Power Challenge 2006

On-Line Registration:  Racers can register for the race on-line provided by Active.com click here.

By Mail:  To download the registration forms for mailing into the race committee, click here.  Registration forms and payment mailed the to the race committee must be received by Wednesday, May 24.  Any registration payment not received by Wednesday, May 24, will require payment of $40.00 at the registration desk on the day of the race.

Day of Race:  The fee is $40.00 for single rider.  Same additional fees apply.  Registration will begin by 8:00 AM on Saturday, May 27.   

During the pre-registration process, either on-line or by mail, you will be asked to select a vehicle class for your bike.  Some people may have the option of changing their type of vehicle class at the race due to i.e. inclement weather.  However, we do need you to preliminarily select a class division so the registration process by the race committee can be completed.

Registration Check-In

On the day of the race, each rider is required to check in with the race registration desk to complete the following which MUST be completed before a racer will be allowed to race or ride on the track.:

• Pre-registration or Day of Race registration

• Accident Waiver

• American Bicycle Racing Form (must be a member for insurance coverage for race, registration fee includes insurance)

• Bicycle Technical/Safety Inspection
